ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A 33-year-old Orlando man was killed a 19-year-old driver was injured when their car struck a pole at Moss Park Road and State Road 417 in February, troopers said.
The Florida Highway Patrol said Brian Cirino, a passenger in a 2005 Subaru, died in the wreck, which was reported Feb. 28 in Orange County.

Troopers said the teen driver, Ricardo Quinones Rodriguez, struck a construction cone before losing control and hitting a wall and pole.
Cirino died at the scene, the FHP said. Rodriguez suffered serous injuries and was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center. Neither were wearing seat belts, troopers said.
Alcohol did not play a role in the crash, according to the FHP.
Charges are pending against Rodriguez, the FHP said.
