Officials say student admitted to bringing knife when confronted
UMATILLA, Fla. – A student at Umatilla High School was arrested Friday after he brought a switchblade knife to school, according to officials from the Lake County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said the 18-year-old student was seen showing the knife to another student while on campus. It is unclear if the student threatened anyone.
