County officials said the outage was reported at about 10:30 a.m. Sprint customers hear a busy signal after dialing 911, while T-Mobile customers experience a delay, then have their calls routed to the non-emergency line.

During the outage, anyone experiencing a medical emergency or who needs to contact the fire department should call 407-665-5100 and anyone who needs law enforcement should call 407-665-6650.

Officials said both carriers are actively working to resolve the issue. The 911 communications center is operating as usual.
