MERRITT ISLAND, Fla. – Motorists traveling on State Road 520 in Merritt Island Sunday afternoon can expect delays as paramedics treat a motorcyclist injured in a crash, News 6 partner Florida Today reported.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the crash took place near Goodwin Drive just before 11 a.m.
Troopers said the center and right eastbound lanes of SR 520 were blocked following the crash.
The motorcyclist's condition was not immediately known. A medical helicopter was also alerted, according to Florida Today.
