MERRITT ISLAND, Fla. – Brevard County firefighters battled a house fire Friday morning on Merritt Island.
Crews were called to 6935 Tropical Trail, north of the Pineda Causeway, just before 6 a.m.

Firefighters said one structure was "fully involved" and several others were possibly in danger.
Officials have not said if anyone was inside the home when the fire broke out.
No other details have been released.
