There's beer ice cream, cheddar-flavored ice cream, and now-- bird-flavored ice cream.

According to the Huffington Post, the treat is offered at the Torimi Cafe in Japan.

Java Sparrow, Parakeet and Cockatiel flavors were debuted at a small bird expo at a department store last week.

The desserts are supposed to imitate what a bird would taste like.

If you're wondering what you can expect it to taste like, Cockatiel has honey, apple, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds and supposedly tastes as if "you're sleeping with your mouth open and your cockatiel runs over your face and gets its leg in your mouth."

How about Parakeet? It has all-natural ingredients and the cafe's description says "once in your mouth, the aroma of a parakeet would spread intensely."

If you're still curious about Java Sparrow, the cafe says "the feeling of pressing the breast of a java sparrow into your mouth."
