A Sheriff's Office helicopter spotted a man hanging out of a window on the second story of a home in the 2700 block of Barclay Lane. The man had what appeared to be an assault rifle, Ruiz said.

Eduardo Torres, 20, was taken into custody. At last check, deputies were speaking to him and trying to gather information.

They’re not sure on a motive.

No one was hurt, but the construction worker said he was confident that he was a direct target.

It doesn't appear that the two men know one another.

The construction worker didn't want to talk on camera, but told News 6 that he's shaken up but otherwise OK.
