Cops: Explosives, cocaine, moonshine in Oviedo man's home

Robert McKissic also charged with making drugs, bombs, police say

OVIEDO, Fla. - A Seminole County man was arrested after authorities found moonshine, pipe bombs crack cocaine in his home, police said.

Robert McKissic was charged with possession of an explosive device, possession of bomb making materials and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia after Oviedo police received a tip that he was involved in illegal drug activity.

When police went to the home on Abell Circle, they found cocaine and drug paraphernalia used to make crack cocaine, a still used to make moonshine and 10 gallons of suspected moonshine, according to a report.

Officers also found what appeared to be a pipe bomb, gun powder and other suspected bomb making materials, police said. The FBI is following up with an investigation.

McKissic's son, Matthew McKissic, was also at home when the warrant was served. Matthew was also arrested on misdemeanor charges for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Both men were taken to the Seminole County Jail.
