CASSELBERRY, Fla. – Casselberry police arrested a man who they say was caught on video exposing himself and committing lewd acts while children walked to school.
Kyle Matheny was arrested on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior and exhibition in the Wednesday morning incident.

Police said at least five school-age children were walking toward Casselberry Elementary School when two adults spotted Matheny naked from the waist down up against a fence.
The witnesses were able to capture video of Matheny committing lewd acts and contacted police, who arrested him, police said.
Records show that Matheny was arrested in March on accusations of burglarizing the elementary school, according to the police report.
