Third suspect in Orange County murder case arrested, deputies say

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Orange County deputies arrested an additional suspect Thursday in the August shooting death of a man at a Pine Hills home, the Sheriff's Office said.

Donte Liltron Miller, 21, was booked into the Orange County Jail three months after detectives found the body of 30-year-old DeAngelo Henderson on North Lane near Powers Drive, deputies said.

He was charged Thursday with first-degree murder and robbery with a firearm, officials said.

Jordan Benjamin, a second suspect in the case, was arrested earlier this week, authorities said.

Deputies said Benjamin fired shots after a fight at the home. He was charged with first-degree murder and robbery, according to the Sheriff's Office.

A judge on Tuesday denied bond for Benjamin.

Authorities said Maleek Lindsay, a 20-year-old suspect, is in the St. Johns County Jail on unrelated charges and is awaiting extradition to the Orange County Jail.
