The Polk County Sheriff's Office released the transcripts of chats involving 12-year-old Katelyn Roman and 14-year-old Guadalupe Shaw, who used the name Guadalupe Borgen on Facebook.  They were arrested earlier this month on felony charges of aggravated stalking after Rebecca Sedwick jumped to her death because, deputies said, she was cyberbullied by the girls.

Rebecca, of Lakeland, jumped to her death from an abandoned cement silo on September 9.

In one of the Facebook chats released by the Sheriff's Office, Katelyn, speaking to an unidentified person, says she bullied Rebecca to her face and online.

"Yea im bully i deserve to die i wish it was me and not her....." Katelyn wrote.  "Shes the only one i bullied and now i cant say sorry....."

In another chat between Katelyn and Guadalupe, Katelyn said she's sad about Rebecca's death.

"Me too . im kinda sad," Guadalupe responded.  "Iknow I feel so bad omg I feel like its all my fault for saying all that s  t to her omfg I didn't mean for nun diz to happen."

"... I wish this never happened like we never were friends or any of that," Katelyn wrote.  Later she said, "I feel so bzd for beating her up."

Meanwhile, Jose Baez, the attorney representing Katelyn, told reporters on Friday that his client didn't do anything criminal and he would not allow the justice system to bully her.

"We don't need to have any more tragedy," said Baez, who represented Casey Anthony at her murder trial in 2011.

Baez, speaking after a court hearing, said that Rebecca's death was tragic.

"She feels absolutely horrible for what happened to Rebecca," Baez said.
