The FBI is asking the public for help in its attempts to stop a child abuser.
A 39-year-old Jane Doe, is believed to be in possession of necessary information with regards to a child victim in a sexual exploitation investigation.

This woman is described as an Asian female with long black hair.
In a video obtained by the FBI, where a child is being sexually exploited, the woman in question is present and speaking Vietnamese.
Investigators are asking anyone with information on who she is, or where she may have been, to come forward.
The FBI's press release quoted Special Agent Susan Romash saying, " “We know the video has been traded on the Internet, and we know this child is a victim who needs our help.”
It is unknown if Jane Doe has local ties.
These efforts to find this woman are part of the FBI's Operation Rescue Me and Endangered Child Alert Program initiatives.
The FBI encourages anyone with information on the case to submit a tip online or call their toll-free tip line at 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324).
