MELBOURNE, Fla. – A paraglider was transported to Health First hospital in Brevard County after landing in power lines in the area of Spessard Holland Golf Course in Melbourne Beach, according to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office.
The accident caused a power outage in the area and it is unknown when it will be restored, deputies said.
