MIMS, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal accident in Mims Saturday night.
Troopers said 24-year-old Bobby MacHarris was killed when he fell out of the bed of a pickup truck.

Troopers told Local 6 MacHarris stood up to adjust his seating position and fell onto State Road 46.
Troopers had to shutdown westbound SR 46 near Interstate 95 in Mims while they conducted their investigation.
The road was finally re-opened after 9 p.m.
The crash remains under investigation.
