According to a police report, Evans cut a barbed wire fence on Oct. 8 and went into a privately owned pasture in Winter Garden. He then shot two cows, left one in the pasture and tied the other to a Ford Explorer, dragging it behind the vehicle to his residence, police said.
At his residence, according to the report, Evans dissected the cow and took the carcass to a wooded area in a homemade trailer.
Upon searching the property, police found red stains and what appeared to be feces at Evans' residence, according to the report.
Evans denied the accusations.
