Local 6 is giving you a first look, a behind the scenes look at the floats and costumes you'll see debut during next months' Festival of Fantasy Parade.

These pieces you'll see down Main Street USA and this runway features Little Mermaid's sea creatures, Peter Pan's Lost Boys, Merida's Scottish Dancers.

"I think this parade is taking parades at Walt Disney World to a new level," Show Producer Kris Bunnell said.

Some of the floats are more than 3 stories tall. There are characters on swings, pendulums, and stilts with thorns made of foam. The new Disney Festival of Fantasy parade will have new technology and new music. Ravens from Sleeping Beauty don beaks made from 3D printers allowing for a modern twist on those familiar classics. A total of nine floats will help tell more than a dozen stories.

The new daytime parade debuts next month is also a celebration of the new Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom.
