ORANGE COUNTY, Fla – An Orange County man is accused of using a social media app to talk to an underage boy, then pick him up at Disney World to have sex.
Deputies said the 16-year-old boy was on vacation with his family, but convinced his family to let him go to the Magic Kingdom by himself to ride roller coasters.

But once there, investigators said the teen instead got picked up by 43-year-old Rodney Hartsell. Hartsell is accused of taking the boy to his home, then having sex with the teen.
Deputies said Hartsell also took nude photos before returning him to the theme park.
The alleged incident happened back in May, but was just discovered after the boy's father said he found the photos on his son's phone, and contacted the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
Hartsell told deputies he didn't remember the teen because he had so many similar encounters at Disney.
Hartsell is facing several charges including solicitation. He bonded out of the Orange County jail late Friday night.
