Osceola County deputies investigate 2nd flasher report in Poinciana

Man exposed self to woman walking her dog in same area as 1st report, cops say

POINCIANA, Fla. – Osceola County deputies are investigating a second report of a man exposing himself in a Poinciana neighborhood.

Deputies said the suspicious incident was reported Wednesday. The 25-year-old woman said she was walking her dog on Monterey Road three weeks earlier when a man driving a green sedan pulled up next to her and asked for directions, according to the report.

When the victim responded, the man was exposed and began inappropriately touching himself and made a lewd comment to her before leaving the area.

Deputies described the man as Hispanic or Indian in his mid to late 20s with short, black hair and brown eyes. He was driving a late model green Toyota with tinted windows, gold emblems and a sunroof with a rain guard.

The report marks the second suspicious incident reported in the area in the past week.

Osceola County deputies are still searching for a man who they say approached a 12-year-old girl walking to school and exposed himself in the area of Monterey Road and Brighton Court.

Based on the varying descriptions, detectives said they have no information linking the two cases.
