POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A Polk County sheriff's deputy surprised the room by proposing to his girlfriend at an oath of office ceremony on Tuesday.
Detention Deputy Travis Emerson was taking pictures with his family at his ceremony when he dropped to one knee and proposed to his girlfriend, Kelsie Craven.
