ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - The organizer of the "Running with the Bulls" event in Arizona over the weekend  may be bringing his next run to Florida.

Promoter Phil Immordino says officials in St. Augustine are considering bringing the event to the historic Spanish colonial city in preparation for its 450th anniversary.

Immordino says he's meeting with St. Augustine organizers next month and they have bulls related to those brought over by Spanish explorer Juan Ponce de Leon.

The "Running with the Bulls" event Saturday in Cave Creek , Arizona attracted more than 500 runners. Eight people were injured.  Immordino says only one runner suffered serious injuries but he didn't know the runner's status.

He says he wants to expand the "Running with the Bulls" to six cities and create a national tournament.
