FWC hiring alligator trappers for Orange County

ORLANDO - The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is in need of nuisance alligator trappers and is now accepting applications.

According to a news release from the FWC, applicants must reside in Orange County and have a clean criminal history with no fish and wildlife violations.

The FWC will give preference to applicants from Orange County who live west of State Road 436, north of S.R. 50 and west of Orange Avenue (S.R. 527).

All applications must be received by Friday, Sept. 21.
