ORLANDO, Fla. – The sign atop the IMAX movie theater on I-Drive caught fire Friday morning, prompting an evacuation of the facility.
The fire was reported at 9101 International Drive.

Orange County Fire Rescue tweeted that it received a report of flames coming from the sign.
Several News 6 viewers shared photos and videos showing a large plume of black smoke rising into the air.
"Crews have confirmed good knockdown," OCFR tweeted. "IMAX has light haze, but smoke is beginning to clear."
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
