Ice forms in perfect circle on icy river in North Dakota

Near Leonard, ND - Mother nature turned a frigid river into a work of art when ice formed in a circular pattern.

The pattern of ice formed on the Sheyenne River in North Dakota.  When it appears in a circular pattern, it's called an "eddy".

Ice patterns are not uncommon, but this one is unusual for being almost a perfect circle.
