ORLANDO, Fla. – Police are searching for the burglar who they say broke into a little league field and stole a John Deere vehicle.
Orlando police said the break-in occurred at the South Orlando Babe Ruth Baseball and Softball field between 8 p.m. Saturday and 8 p.m. Monday.

According to the police report, the burglar cut the lock on the northwest, exterior gate that contains the four baseball fields and stole a John Deere Gator 4 x 2 utility vehicle.
Police said 12 gallons of gasoline was also stolen.
The utility vehicle is valued at $4,000 and the gasoline is valued at roughly $20.
Police say nothing else appeared to be taken.
