John Morgan kicks off Amendment 2 bus tour

'For the Patients' tour to hit 4 college campuses in 4 days

Attorney John Morgan is kicking off a bus tour in Central Florida on Monday in support of Amendment 2 with the tour's focus on students.

Morgan is pushing for Florida voters to say yes to medical marijuana. The amendment needs to get 60 percent approval for it to become law in Florida.

The tour, which Morgan is calling the "For the Patients" bus tour, kicked off at the University of Central Florida and will hit four cities in four days.

Morgan spoke to a crowd of about 100 college students.

In each city, Morgan will rally students and hold town hall meetings about Amendment 2.

The local town hall discussion is slated for 6 p.m. at the Winter Park Civic Center.
