Brittney Harland, 27, of Orlando, charged with driving under the influence.

ORLANDO, Fla. - Police arrested a woman they say ran a red light and crashed her car into another car- all while dressed up as Lady Gaga and wearing caution tape around her neck.

Brittney Harland, 27, was charged with driving under the influence involving property damage after the crash on Orange Blossom Trail at 2:45 a.m. Sunday.

When officers came to investigate the crash, they said they could smell alcohol on her breath and her speech was slurred and her eyes were blood shot.

Harland said that she had two beers and a double shot from the Parliament House in Orlando. She failed her field sobriety tests, miscounting her steps in the "walk and turn exercise."

She told deputies she had a prior DUI charge in 2007 and she didn't want to get in trouble. Harland gave two samples, showing her blood alcohol content was .166 and .161.

When she was booked in the jail, Harland had to remove her blonde wig, but left her caution tape on ,"because it didn't interfere with or obscure face or diminish the identification purpose of the photo," officials said.

Harland was taken to jail and released on $1,000 bond.
