ORANGE COUNTY – A person was rescued from a car that submerged in water in Orange County on Sunday, according to Orange County Fire Rescue.
The person was transported to a hospital after being rescued from a car that submerged in water at 11424 University Blvd. between Rouse and Lake Lynda Drive, according to authorities.
