ORLANDO, Fla – The Bibleway Institutional Church on N. Pine Hills Rd. was heavily damaged Friday night after a car slammed through the front of the building.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers told the Local 6 crew at the scene that the driver thought the car was in reverse, but it was actually in drive. When the driver went to back out, she ended driving the car through the front window of the building.
The church's pastor told the Local 6 crew that there were no services going on at the time of the crash and that no one was injured.
The driver was cited with careless driving.
