DULUTH, Ga. - A former Solar Bears goalie is facing charges of sexual battery and disorderly conduct after police say he grabbed the buttocks and breasts of a waitress while in suburban Atlanta for a game.

A Gwinnett County police report states that 25-year-old Zoltan Laszolo Hetenyi was freed from jail Monday after posting a $7,800 bond. Jail records do not indicate whether he has an attorney.

Hetenyi had been a backup goalie with the Solar Bears but the team announced he was no longer on the roster following the arrest.

The waitress told police the athlete grabbed her buttocks on two occasions, then grabbed her breasts at the Arena Tavern. Police also say he shouted out racial obscenities and said he hated Americans while being escorted out of the restaurant.

According to the arrest report, restaurant workers were holding Hetenyi down in the parking lot when police arrived
