Teen charged with attempted murder in shooting

14-year-old fired shots at woman, children, police say

ORLANDO, Fla. – A 14-year-old is charged with attempted first degree murder after police say he shot at a woman and her children in an Orlando neighborhood.

Tandre T. Jackson, 14, was charged with attempted first degree murder after he shot at a woman and her children in the area of N. Westmoreland Ave and Bentley Street in Orlando.

Jackson fired shots at a woman who meeting her children, according to Orlando Police. No victims were shot or injured.

Along with attempted first degree murder Jackson, is charged with possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a minor, unlawful discharge of a firearm, discharging a firearm in public, and reckless display of a firearm.

Another juvenile age 16, along with two adults, Keith Griffin age 18, and Clarence Decosey, age 18, were charged with resisting arrest without violence, police said.
