KISSIMMEE, Fla. - The Osceola County Sheriff's Office is trying to find the man who robbed a woman of her purse, then got away by getting on a Lynx bus.

The victim said she was walking in the Buenaventura Lakes area in Kissimmee on Monday afternoon when a man approached her from behind then grabbed her purse off her shoulder. He left the area by getting on a Lynx bus traveling on Route 18.

The suspect is described as a black man in his late 20s or early 30s, approximately 5 foot 8 inches and weighs 140 pounds. He has short black hair and was wearing black and red sneakers, brown cargo style shorts and a white T-shirt with a blue design.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Osceola County Sheriff's Office at (407) 348-2222 or Crimeline at (800) 423-TIPS (8477). Tips that lead to an arrest could be eligible for a $1,000 reward.
