Teens arrested in College Park vehicle burglaries

19-year-old suspect believed to be responsible for other burglaries, police say

COLLEGE PARK, Fla. – Two teenagers have been arrested on vehicle burglary charges in College Park, according to an Orlando Police Department news release.

Orlando police officers responded to a vehicle burglary on Musselwhite Avenue just after midnight Wednesday. With the help of a witness, police quickly arrested Anthony Gerard Hunter, 19, and a 16-year-old accomplice who has not been identified. Hunter had a firearm believed to have been stolen from a vehicle, according to a news release.

Hunter is a suspect in other College Park vehicle burglaries. They have both been charged with attempted burglary of a conveyance. Hunter has also been charged with carrying a concealed firearm and possession of a firearm in commission of felony, according to a news release.
