Judge rules against murder suspect Sanel Saint Simon

State can pursue death penalty, judge rules

ORLANDO, Fla. – A judge on Monday ruled against suspected murderer Sanel Saint Simon, who was seeking to remove State Attorney Brad King from his case.

The judge also said the state can pursue the death penalty against Saint Simon, who is accused of killing 16-year-old Alexandria Chery in 2014. Her body was found dumped in the woods near the Osceola-Polk county line.
