DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - A Daytona Beach man was arrested after police say he lit his former employer's house on fire after he was fired from his job, according to police.

Damion Haywood, 40, told police that his boss fired him for no reason on Tuesday. Haywood became angry, then poured gasoline over Irven's pickup truck and house and lit them on fire, according to the report.

"I looked out the window and the man's truck is on fire and it's getting bigger, sir," the caller told 911 dispatchers. "They put gas all over the car that's inside the hood now coming up out of the hood."

Haywood was charged with second degree arson and in the first degree to a structure with people present.
