Man fled after using Whizzinator during drug test, Ocala police say

OCALA, Fla. - A man ran away from a parole and probation officer after he was caught using a Whizzinator, a device used to produce clean urine, according to Ocala police.

Andrew Scott Skinner, 28, fled Wednesday from the Parole and Probation East office at 24 Northeast First St.

According to Ocala police, Skinner was caught using the device, but a parole officer spotted and confiscated it.

Skinner was asked to enter an office, but he ran away and has not been located, police said.

Skinner was described as a white man about 6 feet tall and 170 pounds.

Records show that Skinner is on drug offender probation until September 2017 for burglary and trafficking in stolen property. He also has served time for grand theft.
