In the first incident, a woman said she was at Publix at Ormond Towne Square loading groceries into her vehicle and putting away the shopping cart as her daughter sat inside. The woman told police she saw a man talking to her, and she ran toward him, but the man fled in his vehicle.

The girl told her mother that the man was touching himself, police said. The woman followed the man in her vehicle and was able to get his license plate number to provide to police.

Police believe the same man struck again about 20 minutes later at a motel about 7 miles away.

In that case, a woman was sitting in her vehicle when the man pulled up behind her. The woman's daughter was sitting in a chair in front of her vehicle watching videos on her cellphone.

The mother looked in her side-view mirror and saw the man was naked from the waist down and standing outside his vehicle, according to the report.

The woman got out of her vehicle and began yelling at the man, who got back into his vehicle and drove away. The girl hadn't noticed the man until her mother started yelling.

The man is believed to be around 50 years old with short gray hair and glasses.

Ormond Beach police are also looking for another serial flasher in the area. In that case, three different women said a man exposed himself to them as they were out jogging or walking their dogs. You can read more about that here
