Man previously accused of sex abuse at Apopka church arrested again

Scott Bohl faces 40 counts of child molestation, other charges

APOPKA, Fla. - A 42-year-old man previously accused of sexually abusing children at his Apopka church was re-arrested Sunday on child molestation charges.

The Orlando Sentinel reports that Scott Bohl was arrested on 40 counts of child molestation and lewd and lascivious conduct charges on a child under 12 and a child older than 17.

In 2011, Bohl was arrested on similar charges after the pastor and members of the Apopka Church of God of Prophecy accused him of fondling at least three children, the newspaper said.  The charges against Bohl were dropped due to a lack of evidence.
