Masked gunman sought in Papa John's robbery in Orange County

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - Orange County sheriff's deputies are searching for a masked gunman who robbed a Papa John's early Wednesday.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office said the gunman walked into the store at 11989 South Apopka Vineland Road around 12:55 a.m. and demanded money.

No one was injured in the robbery.

The man was described as about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 140 pounds. He was wearing all black clothing, a white molded plastic mask and black hat.

Deputies said that after taking an undisclosed amount of money, he left through the back door and possibly got into a newer-model, black four-door sedan.
