KISSIMMEE, Fla. - A missing 12-year-old girl was found safe in Kissimmee on Friday after police used a Reverse 911 call to alert businesses about the incident.
Diamond Freeman, who had last been seen on Thursday at 2:30 p.m., was found in a church parking lot Friday morning after she was spotted by employees of a nearby business, police said.
According to police, the workers called authorities to report that Diamond had walked by their business, and the girl was found a short time later by officers.
Kissimmee police said Diamond had left her home after arguing with her mother.
