ORLANDO, Fla. – The Crayola Experience is painting the holiday spirit during the season with its Handmade Holidays experience.

"We are going to fill the season with lots of color and create gifts from the heart," said Jackie Vasquez, the sales and marketing manager at the Crayola Experience.

"The idea is, kids and family can come together," Vasquez said. "You can create something special for grandma, for mom, for dad and really give that gift that's meaningful this year."

At the Wrap It Up station, you can personalize a Crayola with your loved one's name and it can be used as a gift tag.

At the melted wax spin art station, visitors can make colorful paper ornaments that can be placed either on the Christmas tree or given as a gift.

And if your kids enjoy building shapes with their hands, they can sculpt stockings, mold a gingerbread man or create Santa's little helpers for holiday decorations.

"Everything is really tactile. You get to be creative and really put your own personalization on it. With the products and technologies in a larger-than-life way, you get to really experience it and get to (become) immersed into it," Vasquez said. "The idea is to really create those colorful memories together, and this season is really the best time to do that, during the holidays."
