Man accused of impersonating military officer, groping housekeeper

Sean Davis charged with touching woman inappropriately

PALM BAY, Fla. – A man accused of touching his housekeeper inappropriately and impersonating a military police officer has been arrested, Palm Bay police said.

Investigators said a woman contacted them saying that Sean Davis touched her breasts and other parts of her body with his bare hands when she showed up to clean his home.

She told investigators she had answered an online advertisement for a housekeeper.

The woman said when she showed up at Davis' home, he told her he was with the military police and he needed to "frisk her" to search for hidden video and audio equipment.

That's when he touched her and made her feel uncomfortable.

She said she returned a week later, and when he did the same thing, she called police.

Davis was arrested and taken to the Brevard County Jail.

News 6 first reported about Davis more than one year ago when he was accused of doing the exact same thing with another woman.

News 6 investigated and learned he has also spent time in prison for impersonating a police officer.

Davis is being held in jail without the opportunity to post bond and, if convicted, he could return to prison.
