Victim said Sippio, accomplice beat and kidnapped him

KISSIMMEE, Fla. - A member of the Orlando Predators has been charged with attempted murder.

Wide Receiver Bobby Sippio, 31, has also been charged with robbery and kidnapping. Deputies in Osceola County said the victim told them he got into a car Thursday night with Sippio and Santana Coats, 30, who he knew.

The victim said he was told he was going to help move furniture but instead they drove the victim to an area near Oren Brown Road in Kissimmee and beat him, deputies said. Afterward Coats and Sippio drove the victim home, according to officials.

The victim also said Sippio and Coats threatened to shoot and kill him.
