Robber steals Orlando store clerk's car

Police say man also stole money from cash register

ORLANDO, Fla. - A man robbed an Orlando store after pushing a clerk and then stole her car, police said.

The robbery happened around 12:10 a.m. Tuesday at the 7-Eleven at 902 S. Orange Ave.

According to police, the man implied he had a gun and forced the woman to open the cash register.  The man then took the money and demanded that the woman give him her car keys, police said.

The man drove away in her car, which was found abandoned near Parramore and 20th Street.

No other details, including a detailed description of the assailant, were released.
