Second suspect sought after Cocoa man shot 8 times

COCOA, Fla. – A second suspect is being sought in connection with a Cocoa shooting that left a man critically injured with eight gunshot wounds on Nov. 11. 

Detectives are looking for Rashad Henderson, 35, after police say he and another man opened fire on a 41-year-old man outside of a Peachtree Street apartment building last month, according to News 6 partner Florida Today.

Witnesses were previously able to identify his suspected accomplice, 29-year-old Keena Bacon of Merritt Island. Bacon was arrested on Nov. 28. 

The victim of the case was initially transported to the hospital and treated for critical injuries. He is currently recovering, according to police.
