SOUTH DAYTONA, Fla. - Police in South Daytona are searching for a man who robbed two skateboarders at gunpoint and is considered armed and dangerous.

Police say Kevin Patrick Cutlip, 23, who was already wanted on domestic violence by strangulation charges, robbed two teens around 6 p.m. Wednesday.

According to police, Cutlip approached the teens, ages 17 and 18, on Chicago Avenue and pointed a gun at them before stealing their money and a cellphone.  Cutlip then told the teens to run, which they did, police said.

The teens called police, who surrounded a nearby home in which the victims said Cutlip may have entered.  Cutlip was not found inside the home, however.

No one was hurt during the robbery.

Cutlip is wanted on two counts of armed robbery with a firearm.

Anyone with information about Cutlip's whereabouts is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers at 888-277-TIPS.
