Storms roll through early as cooler weather on the way to Central Fla.

ORLANDO, Fla. - The storms rolled through early Wednesday and the cold front that will bring cooler weather is on the way.

On Wednesday the low in Orlando drops to 53 degrees.

"Now while that is not super cold, it's chilly compared to where we have been lately," said Local 6 Chief Meteorologist Tom Sorrells.

Thursday will have a high of 67 degrees with lots of sun. Thursday night into Friday morning the low will drop to 46 degrees.

Then on Friday the warm-up begins again as temperatures hit 75. Saturday it will warm to 81 and Sunday rain chances return with a 30 percentĀ  chance of showers and a high of 83.

For St. Patrick's Day Monday the high will be 79 with a 40 percent chance of showers.
