DeLAND, Fla. - Volusia County deputies arrested a known drug dealer and convicted felon who they say had three firearms, ammunition and an assortment of drugs.

Michael Harris, 24, is facing 10 criminal charges of drug and drug paraphernalia possession, possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition after deputies say they raided his DeLand home.

VCSO's SWAT team and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms found the assault rifle, revolver and handgun in Harris' home, along with marijuana, crack and powder cocaine, prescription pills and ammunition.

According to the report, investigators also seized more than $1,400 in cash and drug paraphernalia. Deputies said they believe Harris was intending to sell the drugs.

Harris, who deputies also say deals in stolen property, was booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail in Daytona Beach on a no-bond status.
