Woman carjacked at gunpoint at Publix in Ocoee

Police search for 2 persons of interest

OCOEE, Fla. – Two persons of interest are sought in connection with a carjacking at a Publix in Ocoee, police said.

The carjacking was reported Saturday night at the grocery store on Silver Star Road.

According to Ocoee police, a woman said she was approached by a man and woman who threatened her with a gun and stole her car. The victim was not hurt.

Detectives said they're searching for a silver 2008 Toyota Corolla with the Florida tag 47FBB.

Anyone with information about the carjacking is asked to call Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.
