Woman charged with DUI after laughing at deputy, Marion County deputies say

Video released from deputy dash camera

OCALA, Fla. - A woman was arrested on driving under the influence charges after Marion County deputies say she laughed at them while taking a sobriety test.

Deputies released video from a dash camera of the traffic stop on Lori Krosser, 54, at a Kangaroo gas station on Thursday night.

Krosser was spotted stumbling out of the gas station and toward her car, according to the report. When the deputy asked if she was driving, Krosser laughed at him and got into her car, deputies said.

The deputy then asked Krosser to complete a field sobriety test, which she could not successfully complete, officials said.

Krosser said she had been drinking at the bar and had several beers.

She was taken to the Marion County jail on driving under the influence charges.
