As Shifrin dances through the offices for Next Media Animation, captions appear at the bottom of the screen, explaining why she is frustrated.

"For almost two years, I've sacrificed my relationships, time and energy for this job," Shifrin writes. "My boss only cares about quantity and how many views each video gets. So I figured I'd make one video of my own."

After a brief "dance break," Shifrin adds the caption "I quit" several times before shutting off the lights in the office and proclaiming "I'm gone."

Since posting the viral video, Shifrin has returned to the United States. She has been inundated with supportive tweets and continues to talk about her unique resignation.

"My mother is thrilled by all the men proposing to me on Twitter," Shifrin wrote. "She could care less about my dancing."
